Can I return my box?

Due to the nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with a product, please contact us directly. 

 

 

How do I get my box?

We offer free delivery within Windsor Essex. You provide us with the address where it needs to be delivered (either your own or mama’s), and we take care of the rest! We are not currently shipping boxes. 

 

 

I ordered my box as a gift, how do I make sure they know it’s from me? 

Let us know in the order form! We will happily include a hand written note.

 

 

Can I preorder a box?

Of course! During the check-out process, you’ll have the option to let us know what Sunday you’d like it delivered, and we’ll handle it from there! 

 

 

I have dietary restrictions, can I still have a box? 

You can! Each box includes a baked good, for which we offer vegan/gluten free options, so we’ll just need you to let us know in the order form if that’s required. We ask that you also let us know of any dietary restrictions for other treats included in the box. Please review our Terms & Conditions for further details. 

 

 

What’s in my box? 

Each box type offers a unique selection of goods for that stage of motherhood. All of our boxes are unique to mama and curated specifically to her likes. This means that no two boxes will be the same, and the products included may differ. We strive to provide the best of Windsor Essex, along with the necessities, and so product brand, colour, flavour, scent, etc may vary from photos, and from box to box. Rest assured, all product types listed for each box will be included, it’s only the specifics that may vary!
